Rates for the first room are:
£130 a month,
or £ 35 per week,
or £ 7.50 for each day.
Rates for the second and third rooms are:
£110 a month,
or £ 29.50 per week,
or £ 6.00 for each day.
These rates include a fully air conditioned room, free local telephone calls, use of the games room, the roof terrace, a well equipped kitchen, and the entertainment centre in the living room.
A separate maid and laundry service is available for a reasonable price.
Payment should be given in advance.

Credentials
A valid passport and NBI clearance is required. If not recommended or referred, a separate form of identification will be needed. A deposit will also have to be paid if transient.
